Another key update is the approval of a partial opening strategy by Best Western Hotels and Aleph Hospitality. This allows the residential apartments to begin operations and welcome guests ahead of the final completion of the hotel block.
This phased approach is designed to create earlier value for investors, residents, and future guests while the wider development continues toward full completion.
International Property Roadshow
DND Developers, in partnership with Century Real Estate and key associates, is also preparing to showcase Royal Golf View Apartment Hotel to international audiences.
To coincide with Rwandan Independence Day celebrations, the project will be presented during the London and Paris Property Roadshow on July 4th, 2026.
