In August 2026, Royal Golf View Apartment Hotel by Best Western reached a defining moment: every luxury fixture and finishing material is now on site, and our teams have shifted their full focus to craftsmanship, detailing and the final push toward completion in Kacyiru, Kigali.
Set in the elite Kacyiru neighbourhood beside the Kigali Golf Club and King Faisal International Hospital, Royal Golf View blends the ease of hotel living with the ownership of a private residence. With homes ranging from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom penthouses, the development launched in Q2 2024 and remains on schedule for an October/November 2026 handover.
The Final Countdown
Carrying forward July’s momentum, August has been about precision. With 100% of finishing materials secured on site and structural works complete, the focus now is on transforming each block into finished, move-in-ready homes.

- Block C reaches topping-out: the final structural stage is complete, opening the way for full mechanical, electrical and plumbing rough-ins across the building.

- Grounds take shape: earthworks and perimeter fencing are nearly done, the dedicated water tank and generator house are well underway, and landscaping is shaping the hotel’s surroundings.
